Guestroooms and services
Three guestrooms, renamed after three flowers (Margherita, Mimosa and Tulipano) are decorated with the simplicity of the past, yet each one of them offers a cozy atmosphere.
A small bathroom with shower has been created in each room, it is an old Ligurian house with limited spaces.
All guestrooms overlook the typical Ligurian terraced land, two of them face the sea, while the third faces the Apuan Alps and Val di Magra.
Mimosa
Mimosa guestroom overlooks a breathtaking terraced landscape with vineyards and olive groves and, southward, has the seashore as background.
On clear days, in the distance, you can see the island of Gorgona, Capraia and the mountains of Corsica.
An extra single bed is available on request.

Tulipano
Tulipano guestroom faces east with an amazing view on the Apuan Alps, Luni area and on Magra river, spreading to Tyrrhenian sea and Versilia.
Equipped with a "Futon" bed in the mezzanine, it can accommodate families up to a maximum of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
