Location
The medieval village of Trebiano is located at 110 meters above sea level.
From the top of the hill the view embraces an amazing scenery that includes river, sea and mountains.
Here the structure is located, just below the castle. It can be accessed on foot through the typical narrow streets of the ancient village or from the staircase that connects the carriage road to the garden.
Itinerary by foot
From the church square you can reach the Pietrantica guest house with a short uphill path.

Places of interest
You can easily reach Lerici, where a small boat will bring you to Portovenere, Cinque Terre and Portofino, and Tellaro, listed as one of the most beautiful Italian villages.
Not far are also Lunigiana area, where you can find the ancient ruins of Luni, an important Roman city and port, Pontremoli, where you can visit "Castello del Piagnaro" and its world famous Stele statues, the village of Fosdinovo in its castle Dante Alighieri had found shelter during his exile and Garfagnana area with its thousand-year old villages. Not to miss: reach San Fruttuoso by boat from Rapallo.
